This is true heart work and Erika is truly one of the most genuine, kind persons I’ve ever met. She’s a skilled yoga teacher! This retreat is an amazing experience that is a true gift of love and compassion to yourself. Take the trip - I highly recommend it!

"This is the first yoga class I have truly felt welcome in. Erika is warm and welcoming, she gives several different options for the poses so all ability levels can do them. She hasn't cultivated just a class or space, but a beautiful and loving community"

  • Dan

Along with many of our group, this was my first time experiencing a yoga retreat. I had very few expectations coming into it, however the experience blew away any preconceived notions I had. Erika was very organized and a great communicator, and set all of us up for success all week. In addition to well thought out, complimentary yoga classes each day, we also were exposed to a multitude of other healing and special experiences like breathwork and a sound bath. There were also planned optional excursions available that were great opportunities to experience the beautiful environment and culture of the world around us. I became friends with so many people who I had never met coming into the week, and learned a ton about myself and the way I interact with the world. I highly recommend this experience to anyone on the fence about this type of retreat, it has had a lasting impact on me and my day to day life.
